All slab pier systems follow the same core method.

Here’s exactly what to expect:

• Site Preparation: We protect your property by laying plastic or plywood in work areas and carefully removing nearby plants. This keeps the job clean and prevents damage.

• Create Access Openings: We break through concrete or paving to create access holes—about doormat-size—at predetermined locations along the foundation beam.

• Drive Pilings (Press Piers): Using hydraulic equipment, we press concrete cylinders or steel pipe sections into the ground to the required depth and resistance. This creates a stable footing beneath the foundation.

• Set Piling Caps: A piling cap is placed on the last driven piling to distribute load and provide a solid seat for lifting.

• Raise the Foundation: Hydraulic jacks sit on the caps and carefully lift the lowest areas. We level the structure as close to original elevations as conditions allow, monitoring elevations at multiple reference points.

• Insert Steel Shims: After lifting, we install steel spacers/shims between the foundation beam and cylinders to lock the elevation and deliver long-term support.

• Cleanup & Restoration: Heavy lifting—literally—is done. We replant, fill holes, patch concrete breakouts, and remove all job residue. You’ll find your property looking better than ever.
